Glenvale Whites League Champions 2023/24 Glenvale Whites, currently in the PJD Division 3 league, aspiring to secure promotion to Division 2 for the 2024/25 season. Our season objectives prioritise disciplined training, team unity, and consistent competitiveness on the pitch. Our strategic approach includes a robust training programme, with an emphasis on both individual skill development and cohesive teamwork. Team bonding activities foster camaraderie, essential for on-field dynamics and a positive team atmosphere. Fitness programs ensure the team's physical readiness and help build their strength and endurance. With commitment, teamwork, and adaptability, Glenvale Whites aim to make a significant impact on the PJD Division 3 league, securing promotion for the 2024/25 season. Glenvale Whites confirmed champions after a convincing 4-1 win over Port Glasgow away. We now look forward to working hard over the pre-season ready for Division 2. Paisley Johnstone & District League The objectives of the League shall be to legislate for in an environment that fosters fair play and participation for all and is firmly committed to diversity and equality in all areas of its activities. We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity both within our leagues, member clubs and with coaches, parents/carers and other organisations that we work with. We recognise that the strength of the PJDYFL and teams is built on the understanding, strengths and differences and we seek to respect these. We recognise that certain groups and individuals in society are disadvantaged because of discrimination experienced. We seek to ensure that the PJDYFL and member clubs respects and includes everyone and that no player or prospective player, supplier or prospective supplier, coach, committee member or temporary worker receives less favourable treatment on the basis of; Age, Disability, Marital Status, Race, Language, ethnic or national origins, Religious belief, Responsibilities for care of dependants, Sex (including gender reassignment), Sexual orientation. This League endeavours to promote these values and will work closely with other allied professions or agencies that have similar aims. We are a volunteer run league composed of Club Officials and Referees, who work closely together to provide a safe and fun environment for Children and Youth to develop in. The PJDYFL liaise with The Scottish Youth Football Association, The Scottish Football Association and other interested parties to help us to maintain youth football for all in the Renfrewshire area. < Back Friendly finish to the term! 19 Dec 2023 Glenvale Whites v Glenvale Blacks XI Great last session tonight where we had some fun playing a friendly between Glenvale FC Whites and Glenvale Blacks 2009 . All the players were in good spirits and had some fun, which is the main thing. Big thanks to everyone involved and a particular thanks to the coaches for making it happen, and for all the work they put in all year.
